Abstract

|
Author has been experienced three cases of Acanthosis nigricans with cancer of stomach. Acanthosis
nigricans has characterized hyperpigmentation, with papillomatous surface change present in the Axilla
and groin and often spreading to flat areas of the slein in the middle aged, at least 50% examination
will reveal an internal malignancy usually abdominal.
The first cases 58 years male, cancer of the pyloric antrum, with pancreas metastasis, only by-pass
procedure done.
The second case 36 years male, cancer of the body of the stimach with regional lymph node metastasis.
Extended total gastrectomy, jejunal interposition was done, after operation, 6 months past, nowadoys he
was well-being, no evidence of recur of cancer.
The third cases 39 years male cancer of pyloric antrum, cause of acute renal failure cound¢¥nt operate,
died 7th day of admission.
